Amber Lancaster received a bachelor’s degree in economics, and she furthered her education with a masters in business administration and a concentration in finance. She has over 20 years of experience in the world of investment and economic research. Lancaster started as a data analyst at Bloomberg LP. Her financial career took off as she became a team leader and researched a wide range of topics. After that, she joined Weiss Research Inc. and did a variety of jobs, including research department supervisor, senior research analyst, and product manager. When she was the research department supervisor, she and her team oversaw the financial research requirements across all of the companies divisions. Lancaster now works for Banyan Hill Publishing. She began as a senior research manager, providing financial analysis and economic research for a large number of Banyan Hill publications. Now for Banyan Hills Bold Profits Publishing, she is the director of investment research. Lancaster also writes weekly for the Sovereign Investor Daily and Bold Profits Daily, financial e-letters, and goes on air weekly for the Market Talk webcast. She authored the book The Busy Person’s Guide to Personal Finance and can be heard on radio shows like CNN Radio, Fox News Radio, Traders Nation and CNBC MarketWatch.
